From Boston*
Take 93-North to Rt. 1-North (Tobin Bridge). The most direct route uses the 1st ramp exit (Beacon St.). Continue straight at the bottom of the ramp for three blocks, then turn left under the Tobin Bridge onto Everett Ave. (go around the little traffic island). In 3 blocks turn right at Dunkin Donuts onto Arlington St. We are 3 blocks down on the left, next to elevated Rt. 1 and 50 yds. from the Chelsea commuter rail station. Park in area to the right of the building.

An alternative route uses the 2nd exit. At the bottom of the descending portion of the Tobin Bridge, take the Chelsea exit marked 4th Street. Turn right at first major street (Broadway) and go 1 block, then turn right on Third Street which quickly merges with Everett Ave. just as you pass under the Rt. 1 overpass. In 3 blocks turn right at Dunkin Donuts on Arlington Street and continue as above.

*NOTE: There are 2 exits off the Tobin Bridge into Chelsea. Each exit has been intermittently closed for repairs. An electronic sign on the Tobin bridge announces these ramp closings.

From North of Boston
Come down Rt. 1 to Carter Street Chelsea Exit, also marked last exit before Tobin Bridge tolls. Chelsea High School will be on your right. At bottom of ramp, bear right on Carter St. At first stoplight, turn left on Everett Ave., go past Mystic Mall and turn left at Dunkin Donuts on Arlington Street. We are 3 blocks down on left at 214 Arlington Street. Park in area to the right of building.

From Boston's North Station, Chelsea station is the first stop. From the north shore, get off at Chelsea station. Proceed under the Route 1 overpass, we are 100 yards from the station. We are the first brick building on the right.
